Convention Specific FAQ

  • The convention's complete event schedule is typically confirmed two weeks prior. We start by organizing the celebrities, followed by the fan panelists and Photo Ops. Occasionally, guests may cancel in the final month, requiring us to make adjustments and find replacements.

  • We try our best to avoid cancellations, but if they happen, we'll give you a full refund for autograph and photo op tickets for that celebrity. However, we don't refund admission tickets if a guest cancels. We often hear people saying, "I was only coming for this one guest." Please know that our festival isn't centered around just one guest, so if you're only interested in one guest, be aware that they might cancel and there won't be a refund on admission. We support the guests' opportunities to work on films and advance their careers beyond fan festivals. And if a guest cancels, we make an effort to find suitable replacements.

  • Get great discounts at hotels close by. Find the details on the “Hotel” pages for each city.

  • There is no bag policy right now. Remember, Security, Police, and Staff can search bags anytime. If you refuse, you may be removed without a refund.

  • No pictures allowed in celebrity area unless you buy from their staff.

  • The pricing for autographs, photos, and selfies varies depending on the special guest. Each guest sets their own fees, and pricing is managed independently from the event. It's worth noting that some guests may accept credit cards or cash, while others may not. Access to meet the special guests is available to both general admission and VIP ticket holders.

  • Children 8 and under get in for free!
