Handler volunteer

The hours for a handler are as follows…

We ask that you get there and be ready an hour before open each day (11am Friday, 9am Saturday, 9am Sunday) for the people who purchased the VIP package (they also get in an hour before official open time) and be there until the of the event each day.

set up

The hours for set up start at 8am Thursday morning, you will get all volunteer perks and entry for the weekend still, and are able to volunteer for other tasks as well

Helping with…

ticketing & wristbands, or managing lines

The hours for this are during event hours with breaks and the ability to get done early and enjoy the convention (traffic dependent)

tear down

The hours for tear down start at 6pm Sunday evening, you will get all volunteer perks and entry for the weekend still, and are able to volunteer for other tasks as well
